My daughter graduated kindergarten and is now in grade one!
As for socialization - we are in a blended program, which means that the homeschool program we are registered with offers classes for the kids to go to in a classroom setting. These classes last through the day and are two to three times a week.
There are many other programs that are available that gives you the ability to socialize your child. Try a karate class or maybe even debate. Without the time restraints of the public system, the opportunities are endless.
